Generally, when people think of “Social Media Strategy” they think of the pieces – “What are we doing on our Facebook page? What should we be Tweeting about?” But at DEI, our expertise takes us beyond the singular components. We look at the big picture. It’s about so much more than just a profile – it’s about the entire user experience – whether that is on your branded social media properties or elsewhere in the social Web.

You want a cohesive strategy across the platforms that suit your consumers best. The team at DEI steeps itself in your brand, learning your voice, themes, and objectives, inside and out. We also go the extra mile with a comprehensive planning process, projecting where to take your social presence in the long run. We stay aligned with your goals, set benchmarks, and build measurable KPI’s along the way.

The result is a platform-agnostic strategy that encompasses the entire social experience, targeted specifically to your base. To carry out your strategy, DEI puts the same meticulous effort into crafting your creative. Engaging and innovative creative is the heart of any healthy social ecosystem and must always be seamlessly in-line with your tone. Whether it is incorporating pre-existing assets or creating new, distinctly social materials from scratch, we take every opportunity to “ize” your brand’s content – customize and optimize.

Ultimately, your DEI social strategy and creative will inform your off-line efforts as well. Gone are the days of social media as the add-on to your off-line strategy. We’ll provide you with strategies and creative so sound that it will make you "Start with social."

Elements include:

  • Social media strategy
  • Creative development and execution
  • Content management strategy and execution
  • Crisis management

“Analytics” isn’t just reporting. It’s having the talent and experience to understand the data and turn it into actionable market intelligence.

Our analytics team employs a suite of state-of-the-art tracking and social listening tools to uncover valuable data about your customers, your brand, your competitors and your performance.  We aggregate this data across all social platforms, deliver meaningful analytics, and deliver strong recommendations that identify areas of opportunity.  We also develop trend line analysis, so subsequent reporting periods provide insights into your success.

We measure every touch point of our campaigns to ensure success and optimize results:

  • Brand monitoring and reputation management
  • Share of voice
  • Conversation source
  • Influencer identification
  • Competitive analysis
  • Campaign reporting
  • Brand sentiment
  • Community engagement
  • KPI’s

Fostering relationships that turn consumers into fans, and fans into brand advocates, starts with understanding that the most rewarding relationships are earned over time. Genuine conversation leads to genuine growth. Good thing we’re masters of genuine conversation.

You don’t just want the most fans in your community. You want a community of brand advocates who actively share their enthusiasm for your brand. It’s not just about the community size, but about the level of engagement with your fans. And we’ll develop a customized approach to your community, so it’s consistent with your voice and seamlessly integrates with your entire marketing mix. Hello, genuine fan loyalty... and increased purchase intent.

Fans? Followers? Pinners? Viewers? Active Users? Whatever they’re using, they’re engaging with each other, or with your brand. Our approach is 100% consumer-focused, because when consumers are truly engaged, they respond, react, participate and share –  that’s the true measure of the consumer relationship, and the value that DEI brings to our clients.  So how do we do it? We find environments where consumers are already participating on theirterms. It could be a Facebook page, Twitter party, Pinterest promotion, or wherever your customers are talking.

There are many steps to generating maximum engagement between your brand and its consumers, and we never miss a beat. Our team carefully collects, analyzes and reports on consumer intelligence. And most importantly we listen, so we can reach out in a manner that’s thoughtful, engaging, and seamlessly connected to your specific voice and tone.

Elements include:

  • Facebook page development and community management
  • Twitter community management
  • Social promotions and contests
  • Content development

The reality is that, today, to impact your audience, you need to reach them in the social Web – and that means more than your Facebook and Twitter pages. Research shows that what people say about your brand carries more weight than anything you can ever say. That’s why we developed Influencer Programs to generate buzz, maximize impressions, and increase SOV in the social space.

The social media landscape is filled with “Influencers” – simply stated, they’re people that influence lots of other people on the Web. Not only do they blog, but they have followings across social platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and others. We also have relationships with Latino bloggers, so our clients can tap into the growing population – and buying power – of the Hispanic market. We work with hundreds of Influencers who are relevant to whatever is connecting your audience with your brand.

So how many of these Influencers do you know in your space?  Are they advocating for your brand? Are they communicating the messages you’d like them to? We know how to get them to. Remember the power of Word of Mouth: These influencers have more credibility when it comes to your brand than you do.

We offer four types of Influencer Programs:

  • brand ambassador program – Ongoing programs that enlist a small group of carefully selected and highly influential contributors who become extremely steeped in your brand. Over the course of the program’s term  – usually a six month minimum – these Influencers will use all social media means at their disposal – blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. – to spread the word about your brand, in their words, but with your voice and your messaging in mind. For these programs, we can guarantee a minimum number of impressions.
  • influencer outreach program – Similar to the above, but limited in time and focused around specific promotions or selling periods. These programs involve larger numbers of bloggers who generate massive numbers of impressions over shorter periods of time.
  • experiential program – Bringing bloggers to a physical location to meet and interact with the brand team members and/or senior corporate leadership to get them fully engaged in – and psyched about – your brand. Meeting with company executives, getting hands-on experience with new products and visiting company sites really activates the Influencers and enhances their ability to help connect your brand with their followers.
  • twitter parties – These programs allow for interaction with large numbers of your brand’s – and guest moderator’s – followers in real-time.  The personal nature of these programs enhances your brand’s relationship with your followers. Twitter parties are deployed in a time-specific nature to kick off a promotion or to educate your customers on specific, timely topics. Our clients, like Domino Sugar and LifeLock, have used Twitter Parties very effectively.

Without question, consumers are utilizing social channels to chat online about treatment options, disease states, and general health issues. With so much information available in the public domain, it is critically import to ensure physicians, patients, and caregivers have real-time access to the correct information they need, when they need it.

At deiHealth, we specialize in helping brands, non-profit organizations, and leaders within the healthcare industry optimize their online social presence. More importantly, we help our Clients cultivate meaningful social interactions and relationships of all shapes and sizes – all within the perceived limitations of such a highly-regulated industry such as healthcare.

Whether you’re looking to branch out into the social media space for the first time, or hoping to expand into more cutting-edge social activities, our healthcare strategy experts will design a program that addresses the unique needs of your brand. From creating and managing your Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest /YouTube presence, to developing more complex programs, such as exclusive HCP-to-HCP communities, or integrated social events that foster HCP-to-patient interactions, deiHealth can help you do it all.

Our formula is simple: Help our Clients keep the needs of the patient first, and never forget – patients, caregivers and healthcare providers are all social consumers too. And with almost 15 years of experience, we know a lot about social consumers, particularly in the dynamic and ever-changing healthcare space.
